Pinellas Park Title's services include handling all types of real estate transactions, ordering surveys, ordering temite inspections, closings at convenient locations for the customer, closing on Saturdays and after 5:00 weekdays at no extra charge. Remote ClosingsA remote closing is when the closing takes place at a location other than the address of the title company. Some title companies employ remote closers/notaries to handle these closings and charge extra for them. Pinellas Park Title Co. sends one of their full time employees, who are notaries, but are more knowledgible with the closing procedures than just a notary. We are better equipped to handle any question which might arise at the closing. We are sensitive to the needs of the clients, and realize there are going to be times when customers cannot come to our office, or because of a disability may not be able to leave their home. There is never an extra charge for this service. We do closings on all residential and commercial, sales and refinance transactions.

No matter what title company you choose for your transaction, please make sure you give them a copy of your prior owners title insurance policy, as this may save you money at the closing. Pinellas Park Title trains its employees to always ask for this as we would rather save the customer money than dishonestly, make a little more ourselves. There are many title companies dont ask, because they will make more money this way. The general public does not know enough about title insurance to offer a copy of their title policy for a discount.
